Store Policies

Welcome to Infinite Realms! Below are our store policies covering orders, pre-orders, cancellations, and returns. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and trust as you shop for comics, cards, and collectibles.


Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or extreme weather.


Order Cancellation

  • In-Stock Items: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the item has not shipped or entered fulfillment. Email us at info@scoxstudios.com to request a cancellation.

  • After 12 Hours: Once your order is being processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Pre-Order Policy

  • Payment: All pre-orders are charged at checkout to secure your item.

  • Estimated Dates: Release dates are subject to change by publishers or suppliers. We’ll do our best to update you on any changes.

  • Combined Orders: If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, the order will ship once all items are available. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders.


Pre-Order Cancellation

  • Within 7 Days: You may cancel a pre-order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 7 Days: A 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and restocking.

  • Release Proximity: No cancellations are allowed within 7 days of the scheduled release or arrival date.


Returns & Damages

  • All Sales Final: Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or opened items.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll review and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

  • Defects: Factory-sealed products with manufacturer defects should be addressed with the original manufacturer when possible.

Payment & Security

  • We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

  • Your payment information is securely processed through Shopify’s encrypted checkout and is never stored on our servers.
